With many international sites and specialised subsidiaries, the Schubert Group is one of the foremost market leaders in the packaging industry worldwide. Germany, Great Britain, the US, Canada or China – our international sales and production locations offer a wide range of opportunities to develop your career. Our headquarters in Crailsheim, Germany, are not only home to Gerhard Schubert GmbH with its packaging machine manufacturing operations, but also Schubert Packaging Systems with its specialised consultancy portfolio to tackle complex packaging projects. Schubert Fertigungstechnik and Schubert System Elektronik are also based in southern Germany.

Schubert KinderCampus

Our KinderCampus

As a family business, the compatibility of work and family is a matter close to our hearts. That is why we have opened our own kindergarten on the Schubert Campus - the KinderCampus. Around half of the children come from employees of the company. In this way, we not only provide high-quality childcare directly on site, but also actively support our employees in their everyday family life. To this end, we have joined forces with the experienced provider Littlebigfuture to implement an educationally high-quality and future-oriented concept. Curious to find out more? As a family business now in its third generation, we are proud of our history and heritage. It is not only inextricably linked with our founder Gerhard Schubert, who sadly passed away in July, but also with significant technological milestones that continue to shape the packaging industry to this day.
