Service Technician (m/f/d) for packaging machines – Region Turkey

Your tasks

  • Installing, maintaining, and servicing Schubert’s packaging machines throughout Turkey
  • Analyzing technical issues on-site and providing quick and effective solutions
  • Implementing software updates and technical upgrades
  • Providing user training to customers and ensuring smooth machine operation
  • Documenting service activities and staying in close contact with our central support team
  • Traveling directly from your home to customer locations according to service planning

Your profile

  • Vocational training or equivalent experience in electronics, mechatronics, or mechanics
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Turkey and occasionally internationally
  • Good command of English – additional languages (e.g., German, Turkish) are a plus
  • Willingness to participate in a 6-month intensive training program at our headquarters in Crailsheim, Germany
  • A customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • A professional attitude, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
